At Ease!!

With the explosion of khakis and camouflage print on the high street at the moment it sure feels like it’s hip to be hidden. But this trend is definitely not about being less visible. To be honest this more masculine element is a nice balance to all the pastels, lace and florals around and I love the sense of power it evokes.  I think it works well to combine the obvious with the unexpected, softening the masculine and reinforcing the feminine to make sure your ensemble doesn’t look like you are off to your local boot camp!  Here I mixed the military camouflage with the zebra print which also gives the whole outfit a sense of wild wanderer!  So I say, find your inner G.I. Jane, forward march to the camo-print troops and soldier on!
